Anaheim Coves at Rio Vista
Welcome to Anaheim Coves at Rio Vista on the Santa Ana River bicycle trail.
The Rio Vista Street entry point to the Anaheim Coves Trail, is fairly close to Wagner Avenue. This is the middle entrance to the Anaheim Coves trail and is at 962 South Rio Vista Street in the City of Anaheim. There aren't any restrooms at this entry point, but there are restrooms at the Lincoln Avenue and then at the Ball Road entry points, that make up either ends of the Anaheim Coves trail. There's plenty of parking on Rio Vista Street, since there's no need for a parking lot there, with the street parking.
North of the Rio Vista entry point for the Anaheim Coves trail, about .9 miles and 5 minutes away is the Lincoln Avenue entry point to Anaheim Coves. Going South of this entry point, is the Ball Road/ Phoenix Club Drive entry point, about .5 miles and 2 minutes away.
If you go West on Wagner Avenue, and pass over the 57 freeway, then turn right or go North on Sunkist Street, you will find the Sunkist Branch of the Anaheim Library, at 901 South Sunkist Street, in the City of Anaheim. In back of the library is Juarez Park which is at 841 South Sunkist Street. There are restrooms, basketball court, football and soccer areas, softball field, and a playground area in the 9.5 acre park. Those two points of interest are .7 miles and less than 5 minutes away from the Anaheim Coves Trail.
You can go North for .8 miles on Rio Vista Street, where it meets Lincoln Avenue, if you're up for some food or drink. At that intersection 4 minutes away from the Rio Vista Street/ Wagner Avenue entry point to Anaheim Coves, you will find a Carl's Jr., Del Taco, liquor store, and 7-11, among a few other stores.
